Good parenting skills and love are the best instruments to combat illiteracy and dropping out of school. And the worst contributor to school drop out rates is the government welfare state where government becomes a substitute “parent”. The economic incentive to have children out of wedlock and live off of government crumbs is what has caused all of these problems yet most of you people want “more of the same”. Thats how you voted, remember?
