PAL plans Valentine’s Day skate night

FAIRFIELD — The Police Activities League will turn off the gym lights and bring out the disco lighting for a Feb. 14 Valentine’s Day Skate Night.

Pizza, love song karaoke and special couples skating are among attractions of the 7 to 10 p.m. event at the PAL Center, 2195 Union Ave. in Fairfield. Skate lessons are offered to students new to roller skating.

A PAL membership is required to participate. The program is open to students who live in Fairfield, Suisun City or at Travis Air Force Base and are in grades 7-12. Memberships are available at the Fairfield Community Center, 1000 Webster St.
