FAIRFIELD — The Solano Community Foundation will offer a workshop Feb. 11 for nonprofit staff, board members and volunteers.
The topics include understanding the structure and organization of a nonprofit business, conducting a current assessment, creating an outline for a development plan and using development strategies to define realistic goals, action items and achievable milestones.
The event is open to current members of the Solano Community Foundation’s Nonprofit Partnership Plan. Seating is limited to 20.
Hours are 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Solano Community Foundation training room, 470 Chadbourne Road.
