FAIRFIELD — Brenda Knight of the women’s empowerment group Ladies in Red will be the keynote speaker at the Fairfield-Suisun City-Vacaville Section of the National Council of Negro Women’s breakfast honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at 9 a.m. Jan. 21 at the Hilton Garden Inn, 2000 Gateway Blvd.

The theme is “How Close Are We to the Dream?”
