FAIRFIELD — A limited number of tickets are available for this weekend’s Prime Rib in the Park in downtown Fairfield.
This is the 10th year for the Fairfield Host Lions Club’s signature event. It benefits the city’s Fun on the Run mobile after-school recreation and nutrition program. The night includes appetizers, barrel wine, a prime rib dinner, dessert, live music, and live and silent auctions.
The event – a perennial sellout – begins at 5 p.m. with dinner at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at McNaughton Park, located on Great Jones Street across the street from Bank of America.
