I-80 crash slows traffic

FAIRFIELD — A traffic collision between a gray Chevrolet Malibu and gray Mazda took place at noon Thursday on eastbound Interstate 80 near the Green Valley interchange.

One car came to rest in one of the right lanes, causing traffic to slow. The California Highway Patrol called the incident a minor-injury accident. The cause wasn’t available Thursday afternoon.
