VACAVILLE — The nonprofit organization Travis Unified Foundation for Education, which raises money for grants for Travis School District teachers and staff, is looking for new members to join its board.

The group also invites members of the PTAs of the district’s schools to learn more about the organization by attending its next meeting at 7 p.m. Jan. 9 at the Travis Education Center at 2775 DeRonde Drive, Fairfield.

Those interested in becoming a board member must be a Travis School District parent or staff member. The board meets on the first Wednesday of each month. For more information, email Doug Rodgers at [email protected] and include TUFFE in the subject line.
