Salvation Army offers community produce program

FAIRFIELD — The Salvation Army center in Fairfield and the Kroc Center in Suisun City are offering a free produce program twice a month.

Eligible in-need residents of either Fairfield or Suisun City can receive free produce twice a month provided by the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano. One person per family can bring one or two bags.

The Salvation Army Kroc Center will offer its produce program from noon to 1 p.m. the first and third Friday of the month at 586 E. Wigeon Way, Suisun City. The Salvation Army Center in Fairfield will offer its produce program from noon to 1 p.m. the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 1200 Missouri St., Fairfield..
