FAIRFIELD — Those needing to take care of city business this week should get it done Wednesday.

City Halls in Fairfield, Suisun City, Vacaville and Rio Vista will be closed Thursday for the Fourth of July holiday and will be on furlough on Friday.

The Solano County Government Center will be closed Thursday, but will be open Friday.

Both Republic Services and Recology will pick up garbage at normally scheduled dates and times.
