What a joke! She is an attorney and local office holder who doesn't even know what form of government we have in the United States. ''We are a democracy'' is the WRONG answer Mrs. Bertani!

She has a right as a Councilwoman to host a town hall meeting. She's done a number of them. Nothing gets accomplished except she gets her name in the paper.
