FAIRFIELD — Fairfield’s representative in the state Assembly will meet with business owners Thursday in downtown Fairfield to discuss the local business climate.
Assemblyman Jim Frazier, D-Oakley, is scheduled to make his way along Texas Street from 3 to 5 p.m. He will talk to business owners and employees about their ideas, concerns and opinions about legislative issues pertaining to business ownership, the state budget and local needs, according to a press release from Frazier’s office.
Frazier represents the new 11th state Assembly District, which includes the majority of Fairfield and Vacaville, Suisun City and Rio Vista in Solano County. The district extends south into Contra Costa County and east into Sacramento County.
