Adult grief support class offered

The week aheadFAIRFIELD — NorthBay Hospice and Bereavement is offering a free, eight-week Journey Through Grief adult support class.

The course is designed for those whose loss has occurred at least three months before the start of the class. Participants will receive a helpful book and journal designed to support them in their grieving process.

The class will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays, starting this week and continuing through Sept. 2 at NorthBay Bereavement Center, 4520 Business Center Drive, Suite 110, Fairfield.
