VACAVILLE — Theatre DeVille’s grand entrance into downtown Vacaville will be done with “supreme” style as the new venue welcomes Mary Wilson of The Supremes singing group.

Wilson will headline the Friday show, billed as its grand opening celebration. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 8 p.m. The theater is located at 308 Main St.

Theatre DeVille is in the same space occupied by the city’s original cinema – it was opened as the Clark Theatre in 1926. DeVille Enterprises took possession of the building in 2012 and spearheaded the extensive renovation project.
