‘Moon Over Buffalo’ auditions Tuesday, Wednesday

FAIRFIELD — Solano College Theatre will hold auditions for “Moon Over Buffalo” Tuesday and Wednesday in the school’s little theatre, 4000 Suisun Valley Road, Room 1220.

Carla Spindt will direct the backstage farce that looks at the lives of a touring company that is a family of actors.

The play is set in 1953. Roles range in age from 20 to 70.

Those hoping to get a role are asked to prepare a one-minute modern monologue and may be asked to read from the script.

Auditions are 6 to 9 p.m. with call backs on Thursday, during the same hours. Appointments are needed. Call Adam Wayne Gistarb at 415-518-3677 or email him at [email protected]

Rehearsals begin Jan. 27 and will be held Monday though Thursday from 6 to 10 p.m. Understudy rehearsals are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays.

The show opens March 28 and runs weekends through April 12.
