FAIRFIELD — Gordon’s Music and Sound is teaming up with Solano Town Center mall to present live music in the mall’s dining court.

Music is from 6 to 7 p.m. Fridays.

The goal is to showcase local musicians while creating an easy-listening environment in the dining courts, said Samantha Lee of Gordon’s Music and Sound.

She teamed up with mall marketing manager Jenny Urias to put the program together.

“My goal is to create an inviting atmosphere for shoppers and an opportunity to dine, hang out, and enjoy some local musical flavors ranging from singer-songwriters to jazzy trios,” Lee said.

The music begins Aug 1 with Ever Ours. The Never Ending follows Aug. 8. Sergio Cabada will perform Aug. 15.

The month ends with Darren Ahn on Aug. 22 and The Levits on Aug. 29.
