FAIRFIELD — The founders of BottleRock Napa Valley announced a lineup of comics to join the musical acts at the four-day event May 9-12 at the Napa Valley Expo.

At least three comic acts will take place daily and will include Jim Gaffigan, Demetri Martin, Aasif Mandvi, Anthony Jeselnik, Tig Notaro, Jim Breuer, Greg Behrendt, Wyatt Cenac, Rob Delaney, Kristen Schaal, Bill Burr, Natasha Leggero and J Chris Newberg.

“We included a comedy stage to BottleRock Napa Valley, not only because we are big fans of comedy, but because it offers a bit of respite – a charging station, if you will,” said festival founder Gabe Meyers, of WillPower Entertainment, in a press release.

The comedy venues will be indoors in one of the larger buildings at Napa Valley Expo.

The music lineup, which was announced previously, includes dozens of musicians and bands, including Kings of Leon; The Black Keys; Zac Brown Band; Further, featuring Phil Lesh and Bob Weir; Train; The Black Crowes; Cake; Dwight Yoakam; Joan Jett and the Blackhearts and The Wall Flowers.

Festival passes for the inaugural event are on sale now and are offered in single-day passes and multi-day passes, including a four-day VIP pass. Comedy shows are available to VIP pass holders first. General pass holders, depending upon space, will have access 10 minutes prior to each show.
