Blues Festival comes back to Vacaville

VACAVILLE — The fifth annual Blues Festival is back in town and spread among a few venues this year.

It kicks off a bit early with a Saturday performance by Ray Bonneville at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Theatre DeVille. The electric blues harmonica player Charlie Musslewhite will also headline at the DeVille at 8 p.m. July 3.

The Fourth of July performance brings the audience down to co-mingle with the Creekwalk Concert Series from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., featuring the Time Bandits.

Music hits Town Square on July 5-6.

July 5 musicians include Chris Cain, Crossfire, Charlie Wade Blues Band, Eddie Neon, Bill Watson and the Matty T Band. The music begins at 10 a.m.

On the final day, July 6, the music lineup is Loose Blues, Delta Rockets, Big Cat Tolefree and the Used Blues Band.
