Solano College to salute exiting trustee

By From page A3 | December 04, 2012

FAIRFIELD — Solano Community College will say goodbye Wednesday to trustee Phil McCaffrey, sending him off with a resolution.

McCaffrey lost to Michael Martin in the Nov. 6 election, leaving after 10 years on the district’s governing board. He represented the cities of Vacaville, Dixon and Winters.

Thanking him for his leadership and service, the proclamation describes his ability to work with other trustees on issues and lauds his work toward student achievement.

The Solano Community College District Board of Trustees meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Room 626 of the Administration Building at 4000 Suisun Valley Road.
