Fairfield-Suisun district schedules budget forum

By From page A3 | January 20, 2014

FAIRFIELD — A public forum to allow community comment about the Fairfield-Suisun School District budget will take place Tuesday.

District trustees will have a study session after the forum that starts at 6 p.m. in Board Room 108 at the district’s administrative center, 2490 Hilborn Road in Fairfield.

A survey on the school district website, www.fsusd.org, allows respondents to say what they would like school board members to consider adding or removing from the budget.

If you don't know about the Delphi Technique, or you would like to see it in action, please come out this this "public forum". Watch as facilitators guide you to a predetermined "consensus" and watch as audience plants thwart honest attempts to question that predetermined consensus. I've seen YouTube videos where the people rise up against these facilitators and demand to be heard (isn't the meeting about getting public input?) and then there's yelling and screaming and the cops come! Be sure to bring your video camera and expose these people for what they are!

The Mister, you are right on the mark, as usual. This meeting will be like the last One Bay Area Meeting in Fairfield. The Delphi Technique didn't work at the last One Bay Area Meeting, however. Let's hope that the result is the same this time. Otherwise, it is more failure and slavery for the students and parents!
