Mrs. Fisch is by far the best teacher I ever had. I grew up with drug addict/alcoholic parents so I missed tons (I'm talking full years at a time) of school. I could barely write and my reading was so so. Mrs. Fisch spent a lot of one-on-one time with me and literally taught me things I should have learned in kindergarten. She never made me feel stupid or ashamed as other teachers often did. I am forever grateful for the year I spent with her.
