FAIRFIELD — Three juveniles were injured after a fight Tuesday near the pedestrian walkway over Air Base Parkway between Dover Avenue and Clay Bank Road.

The incident appeared to happened after school, said Sgt. Dan Marshall of the Fairfield Police Department. The victims crossed over the pedestrian bridge. Emergency personnel tended to them on Air Base Parkway, near the bridge.

A call came in to police about the incident at about 1:30 p.m. Police scanner traffic indicated one person had a stab wound to the chest, another had a head injury and the third had superficial stab wounds. A fourth had no injuries.

Police at the scene said that all injuries were not life-threatening. The two stabbing victims were transported to a local hospital.

The fight may have been gang-related, Marshall said. All victims were uncooperative, he said.

Traffic was slowed on Air Base Parkway as emergency vehicles used the right lane. While police were investigating the incident, there was a car crash near the scene that blocked the left lane. No one was injured, but traffic came to a crawl.

These are young terrorists walking around with knives fighting on our streets. “All victims were uncooperative.” Let’s hope innocent bystanders don’t get murdered during the retribution.

Uncooperative in a fight like this should warrant an arrest in my opinion.

stupid wannabe gangbangers. There's no need for gangs in solano county. Just kids trying to gain acceptance and annoying the public as teenagers usually do.
