FAIRFIELD — Residential burglaries are the most prolific major crime in the Fairfield-Suisun City-Vacaville area and the Daily Republic would like to hear from you about it.

The problem, and some ways on how to keep your home from being burglarized or broken into, will be the subject of the next in a ongoing series of articles about crime trends and what can be done about them.

Have you had your house broken into? What have you done to make sure it doesn’t happen again? What do you feel can be done to put a crimp in burglaries?
