SUISUN CITY — A shooting early Sunday morning left two women with serious injuries, police said.

Suisun City police responded at about 1 a.m. to the 700 block of Civic Center Boulevard for a report of shots fired, according to a press release. Officers found two people with gunshot wounds to the head and neck areas, police said.

The victims, a 24-year-old Suisun City woman and a 25-year-old Vallejo woman, were in critical but stable condition a few hours after the shooting, police said.

The shooting remained under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call Cmdr. Tim Mattos at 421-7373.

I hope that they fully recover and that the're able to identify their attackers. Stay classy, Suisun.

Oakland > Richmond > Vallejo > Fairfield > Suisun > Vacaville - Solano County, turning into the Bay Area's dumping ground.

Hey hey hey leave Vacaville and Suisun out of it. All the bad stoos at Fairfield and a little may spill over but Suisun and Vacaville are still decent cities.
