Preliminary hearing delayed for rape, kidnapping defendant

FAIRFIELD — The preliminary hearing for a Dixon man accused of sexually assaulting a woman was continued Monday in Solano County Superior Court to May 27.

Jimmy Lavalle Jr., 38, is charged with rape and kidnapping in the Aug. 14, 2013, alleged assault in a residential area of Dixon.

    Will this be yet another opportunity for the people to find out about the corruption and failure of office found in the Sheriff's Office and the DA's Office? That's the thing, people; now that corruption and failure is in our County government, its results can turn up anywhere.
