VACAVILLE — Three Vacaville men were jailed after a Sunday night crime spree that involved vandalizing cars on Acadia Drive, breaking into Sam’s Club to steal liquor, dumping garbage cans onto Burton Drive and Nut Tree Road, and shattering the glass on a Burton Drive commercial building.
Phillip J. Sisco, 21, Darlan Alan Gentry, 19, and Brad Larsen, 19, were arrested on suspicion of burglary, vandalism and conspiracy late Sunday night, according to a release from the Vacaville Police Department.
The spree allegedly started on the 500 and 600 blocks of Arcadia Drive shortly before 11:30 p.m. Sunday when witnesses reported seeing three males leaving the area where three vehicles had their side mirrors smashed and a windshield broken, according to the release.
Fewer than 10 minutes later, Sam’s Club employees reported that three males knocked over garbage cans and broke the glass panel out of a door by ramming it with a shopping cart. They then ran through the closed store and grabbed three bottles of Captain Morgan liquor before leaving in the direction of the Factory Stores, according to witnesses.
At the factory stores, garbage was dumped onto Burton Drive and around a commercial building nearby. The glass door to the building that houses several businesses was also shattered. On Nut Tree Road, a garbage can was ripped off the side of a bus stop and more garbage was strewn across the roadway.
Police caught up with the suspects just past the bus stop, but the trio denied their involvement and were released.
Subsequent investigation collected video surveillance at Sam’s Club, which according to police confirmed the three were responsible for the burglary there, allowing police to arrest the three at Larsen’s home. The three were also later linked to the vandalized cars on Arcadia Court and the broken glass door at the building on Burton Drive, according to police.
The crimes remained under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the Police Department at 449-5200.

As a Mom as one of the 3. I was at home where ppl should be at the time of night. My son is an adult and has never been in trouble before. Why is there a comment about the parents. He got drunk and did a really stupid thing. That he will have to pay a price for. He will have to learn from this and move on with his life. As me as his mom I Will try to love and support him as he is going through this tough time in his life. It is a life lesson that he should of avoid by listening to me. When I advised him to stay away from ppl that will cause you trouble. I am not proud of the part my son played in this. But I am proud of the many good and wonderful things my son has done and will hope to do in his life. I understand your comments but my son is an adult and in charge of his own life.
