FAIRFIELD — Police said Wednesday that they found a fifth victim involved in the late-night melee that hospitalized four juveniles, including a 15-year-old with multiple gunshot wounds, outside a Fairfield house party late Saturday.

Authorities responded to a fight that was reported at 10:20 p.m. on the 2400 block of Orchid Street and found a 13-, 14- and 15-year-old with single gunshot wounds and a 15-year-old with multiple gunshot wounds, according to a police press release.

The victims were transported to area hospitals where all were listed as stable after one of the victim’s condition was changed from critical. Earlier reports said a 14-year-old was shot in the leg.

A fifth victim had injuries around the face and eye that police said were not life threatening, according to a press release. Police located the victim Sunday but said they did not determine the cause of the victim’s injuries.

Police did not release the identities of the victims.

Anyone with information about the shootings is asked to call the Fairfield Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit at 428-7600, the 24-hour tip line at 428-7345 or Crime Stoppers at 644-7867. Callers may remain anonymous.

Parents need to be held accountable here. Love to hear about this monitored party. Im sure they were present and knew who was at their house, etc. I swear you should have to put in an application to have a child now.

or maybe they went on vacation and the party was without their knowledge. Could have sent the kids down the street to stay with auntie but they snuck back home saying they were going to a movie or something. while this is a far fetched idea, it could be true because neither of us knows what happened. So til you find out shut your anonymous pie hole

How dare you B, actually think parents should be involved in house parties. Seems like you hit a nerve with Mr. West. He should be anonymous so he does not embarrass himself. Ignorance truly is bliss huh Sean
