SUISUN CITY — A resident in a Tucson Circle home shortly after 1 p.m. Monday heard a downstairs window shatter. The resident quickly called 911 and while on the phone with dispatchers, started hearing people moving around downstairs.

As police sped toward the house, the burglars decided to leave.

Suisun City police officer Ron Aiello spotted a car fleeing the area with three people inside. Aiello followed the car into Fairfield and made a traffic stop on Walters Road. The three people were taken out of the car at gunpoint. After talking with each of the people in the car, they were arrested.

Sequan Brown, 22, Kandace Perez, 19, and Leighon Rojas-Jones, 19, were booked into the Solano County jail on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy. Brown and Rojas-Jones were on probation for previous crimes.
