Vezer permit subject of hearing

FAIRFIELD — The Solano County zoning administrator on Thursday will hear whether to extend Frank Vezer’s permit to operate an off-site agricultural processing facility with special events that include wine tasting and tours.

This is an area with agricultural zoning for 20-acre parcels at 5066 Clayton Road near Mankas Corner.

At the same hearing, the zoning administrator will hear William Morgan Jr.’s request for continued use of employee housing at 7543 and 7545 Pleasants Valley Road, about 3.5 miles northwest of Vacaville.

The hearing will begin at 10 a.m. at the Resource Management Department in the county Government Center, 675 Texas St.
