VACAVILLE — Two workshops to teach small businesses about blogging, social media and digital marketing basics taught by marketing communications manager Elizabeth Griffin will be offered this month and in February through the Vacaville Community Services Department.

Blogging for Your Business will be offered from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Jan. 24 and 31. It will teach the basics of how to build a blog strategy and style that fits your business.

A Social Media and Digital Marketing Basics workshop will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Monday. It will provide a basic understanding of how to use social media for business use.

Pre-registration is required for both classes. People can register online at www.cityofvacaville.com or at the McBride Center, 91 Town Square Place, Three Oaks Community Center, 1100 Alamo Drive, or the Ulatis Community Center, 1000 Ulatis Drive. For more information, call 469-4010.
