Summerwood in Suisun to debut model homes

SUISUN CITY — O’Brien Homes on Saturday is opening models for its Summerwood in Suisun development.

There are four floor plans from 1,413 to 1,999 square feet and offering up to four bedrooms and three baths. Each house has what the developer calls a spacious “great room,” two-car garage and master suites with walk-in closets.

Summerwood and Courtyards at Sunset is a 69-home development with a pocket park, a Suisun City report said.
