FAIRFIELD — Fairfield has issued building permits for the planned 473,000-square-foot industrial building on 24 acres in the Solano Logistic Center.

This is property owned by Buzz Oates Development at the corner of Cordelia and Hale Ranch roads. Saxco International is to be the tenant in the tilt-up concrete building. Saxco International provides packaging for wine, beer, liquor and food industries.

Buzz Oates expects the new building to be completed by year’s end, a Fairfield press release said.
