NorthBay adds physicians

Three specialists have joined the Center for Specialty Care, a NorthBay Healthcare affiliate in Fairfield.

General surgeon Courtney Chambers has his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, Conn. He is board-certified in surgery and a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners, a NorthBay Healthcare press release said.

Oncoplastic surgeon Jason Marengo has training that combines surgical oncology and plastic reconstructive principles. This gives him the tools to remove breast cancer and restore the breast’s appearance in one surgery, the press release said.

Functional medicine specialist Eric Hassid earned his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He completed an internship in categorical medicine and a residency in neurology at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Wash., the press release said.
