Tell me again about the lack of water, the Drought. Every year we hear how we must conserve water. Don't water the lawn and don't flush. Then the city approves more housing.

The state requires every water agency to conserve even if it has plenty of water supply. Fairfield doesn't have to take the most extreme measures because we have enough water not only for now but for future development. We have plenty of water to use, but none to waste.
