New lease on Gateway Boulevard

FAIRFIELD — Ling Wang has leased 2,599 square feet of retail space at 1315 Gateway Blvd., Suite D-3 in Fairfield from Larry Mielke and Tom Telleson, according to Premier Commercial Inc.

Inam Khan of Premier Commercial represented Wang in the deal. Premier is a Fairfield-based commercial real estate company.
