Kaiser Permanente announces new Solano-Napa leader

FAIRFIELD — Corwin Harper will succeed Max Villalobos at senior vice president and area manager for Kaiser Permanente in Solano and Napa counties.

Harper will oversee the hospital and health plan operations, medical offices and staff at two medical centers and four medical offices in Vacaville, Vallejo, Fairfield and Napa that serve more than 250,000 members. Kaiser Permanente’s medical centers are in Vacaville and Vallejo.

Since 2005, Harper has been the senior vice president and area manager for Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Health Plan in the San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties. He holds a master’s degree in health care administration from Baylor University and a bachelor of science degree in biology from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, a Kaiser Permanente press release said.

He serves on the board of directors for the California Association of Hospitals and Health Systems and is the deputy chairman for the California Partnership for the San Joaquin Valley.
