Jobs workshops set this week

People can attend a free job search assistance workshop being offered by the Workforce Investment Board of Solano County.

A jobs placement coach will present tips and tools for getting a job amid today’s economy, a Workforce Investment Board press release said. The center offers opportunities for networking and finding job leads, it said.

Sessions will take place from 9:45 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Feb. 19, Feb. 20, Feb. 26 and Feb. 27. The location is 320 Campus Lane in Fairfield. Please call 863-3551 to reserve a seat for one of the sessions.
