I made dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) the other day stuffed with rice flavored with sauted pine nuts, currants, onion and a stick of cinnamon. I serve it cold with lemon juice and olive oil drizzled on the stiufed grape leaves. That rice is good with lamb chops too.
