Il Fiorello offers Grilling in the Fall class
FAIRFIELD — Mondavi chef Marvin Martin will lead a cooking class called Grilling in the Fall this weekend in Fairfield.
Martin has worked as chef for Robert Mondavi Winery for 20 years and is an expert in the uses of olive oil, according to a press release announcing the class. Participants will learn various recipes, grill the food and eat together. Wine will be paired with the entrees.
The class is scheduled from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Il Fiorello Olive Oil Company visitor center, 2625 Mankas Corner Road.
