IHOP has Halloween pancake
FAIRFIELD — IHOP restaurants are once again serving “Scary Face” pancakes to children during October.
Children ages 12 and younger can order a free “Scary Face” pancake that they help design. The pancakes have a whipped topping mouth, a glazed strawberry nose, two mini-Oreo cookies for eyes and eight pieces of candy corn so children can add teeth or fangs.
IHOP has local restaurants at 1601 N. Texas St. in Fairfield and 1401 E. Monte Vista Ave. in Vacaville.
