Credit union offers homebuyer workshop

Travis Credit Union is offering a free seminar called “Everything You Want to Know About Being a First-Time Homebuyer.”

This seminar covers pre-purchase issues such as budgeting, determining how much house is affordable, saving for a down payment and other costs, understanding debt-to-income ratios and understanding the mortgage lending process. It will be from 9 a.m. to noon Feb. 16 at the credit union, One Travis Way, Vacaville.
