Cooking class set at Il Fiorello

FAIRFIELD β€” Il Fiorello Olive Oil Co. in Suisun Valley will host a cooking class and four-course meal from 3 to 6 p.m. Feb. 10.

Guests will learn as Chef Marvin Martin prepares a citrus salad with avocado; soup with beans and black kale; homemade lemon pasta served with caviar and Italian Pizzelles for dessert, an Il Fiorello press release said. Martin has been a chef at Robert Mondavi Winery for 20 years.

β€œThe atmosphere here at Il Fiorello is perfect for learning to cook a fantastic meal and enjoying the creation,” Mark Sievers, owner of Il Fiorello, said in the press release.
