Company announces real estate transactions

FAIRFIELD — Premiere Commercial has announced two recent transactions.

One involved Empire Professional Building at 744 Empire St. in Fairfield leasing 1,131 square feet of office space to Lilia Salazar. Chris Wallace of Premier represented the lessor.

The other involved Rosalin & Lewis Pugh leasing 700 square feet of retail space at 625 Webster St. in Fairfield from Mary Bedingfield. Inam Khan of Premier represented the lessee, according to a press release from the firm.
