FAIRFIELD — Citation Northern this weekend is releasing the second phase of its Madison Lane homes for sale in eastern Fairfield near Peabody Road.

Madison Lane offers two floor plans. Homes range from 1,393 to 1,516 square feet and have three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, open concept main floors with outdoor patios and kitchens with islands or peninsulas, slab granite countertops, stainless steel sinks and Beech cabinetry.

Located on the second floor are laundry rooms and master suites with dual sinks, separate soaking tubs and showers and walk-in closets.

Madison Lane completes the Madison trilogy, following Madison Park and Madison Square. All three of these communities surround a community park.

The Madison sales office is located at 5375 Gramercy Circle. For more information, visit CitationNorthern.com or call 437-4552.
