Center schedules business workshops

FAIRFIELD — The Solano College Small Business Development Center will offer two workshops this week.

Build a Better Business: Business Plan 101 will be from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday. Participants will receive an outline for a business plan they can use to grow their business or obtain financing for their business, a press release said.

Operation Entrepreneurship – Veterans Only will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday. The course is designed to help veterans develop an entrepreneurial mindset. It is taught on three consecutive Fridays and requires out-of-class work.

Both classes will be at the Solano College Small Business Development Center office, 360 Campus Lane, Suite 102, in Fairfield. To get more information and register, go to www.solanosbdc.org or call 864-3382.
