Hardy – 60 years of marriage

Hardy_60Tom and Sue Hardy, Fairfield residents for 35 years, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on March 14.

The couple met when Tom Hardy was an airman in the Air Force. Retiring after 20 years of military service, the Hardys dedicated the next 22 years working in Christian education. Tom Hardy was administrator of Solano Christian Academy for 17 years. Sue Hardy taught fifth grade at the school.

Celebrating with them were their children, Tom Hardy of Fairfield, Lori Hardy of Dallas, Paul Hardy of Nashville, Tenn., Paul’s wife, Marsha, of Nashville, Tenn., granddaughter Kaitlin Hardy of Nashville, Tenn., and her fiancé, Dave Shetler, of Nashville, Tenn.
