A California Highway Patrol officer looks over a tanker truck that tipped over on the Interstate 680 north to Interstate 80 west interchange, at about 11:40 a.m. on Thursday. The driver was taken by ambulance to an area hospital with minor injuries. The truck, which has a 7400 gal. capacity tank, was hauling food grade spring water which was drained to help upright the truck.
