An artist's rendition of a large tattoo on a homicide victim's back. The victim was found in the debris from a fire on the 6700 block of Pleasants Valley Road in rural Vacaville. Fire personnel were called to the area to handle a structure fire in the early morning hours of July 9. The Solano County Sheriff’s Office are seeking the public’s help in identifying the victim.
