Mad Hatter Holiday Parade and Festival 4 p.m., Historic Downtown Vallejo, Georgia Street to the Waterfront. Celebrating the 160th birthday of Alice in Wonderland. The Mad Hatter Parade begins at 4:30 p.m. at Marin and Georgia streets. The tree lighting will be held after the parade, followed by the lighted boat parade on the waterfront.
