Family Holiday Festival Dec. 1 in Winters

WINTERS — The Winters Friends of the Library will sponsor the annual Family Holiday Festival, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 1 at the Winters Community Center, 201 Railroad Ave.

Santa and his elves will visit. Children can make crafts such as beeswax candles, tin trivets and felt ornaments. There will also be a gift wrap station for those who wish to give their creations as Christmas gifts.

Lunch can be purchased at Mrs. Claus’ Cafe. A holiday wreath quit sale, quilt raffle and book fair are planned. Local school children will entertain.
