Solano County economic conference coming

Solano County’s economic future and the latest opportunities and challenges for local businesses will be topics of an upcoming conference.

The Solano Economic Development Corp. and North Bay Business Journal will present Impact Solano on Sept. 26. It will be from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 2200 Gateway Court in Fairfield.

Robert Eyler, chairman of the Sonoma State University Economics Department and Center for Regional Economic Analysis, will be keynote speaker. Other scheduled speakers include Anheuser-Busch Fairfield brewery General Manager Kevin Finger, Blu Homes engineer Doug Fuller and Solano EDC President Sandy Person.
